—coaching, facilitation and mediation for groups and teams

  • Change is needed?

  • Communication slows down?

  • Agreements are not met?

  • Lack of team spirit?

Creating alignment and balance

—what coaching can do for a team

Perhaps the team is not functioning as expected. Sometimes it is not clear what exactly is needed at that moment.

—team coaching aims to align the team around their core purpose

Why the team exists and what they want to accomplish.

How they will do it and what is needed to walk that path.

Team coaching aims to clarify what needs to happen in order to get the results the team wants and how they can be achieved.

As a team coach I provoke new ways of thinking and steer towards creative solutions. The content always comes from the team, as well the choice of action.

—facilitation

The further we get in the coaching process, the more coaching can be seen as facilitation.

The team or group is aware. The facilitator is there to guide the process, so the team can focus completely on the content.

—mediation

  • Disagreements disturb team functioning?

  • Team-members no longer communicate?

  • Information is not shared properly?

  • People avoid each other?

  • Emotions flood the workspace?

That can change. Appreciation, joy and real co-working  can (re)emerge. And the team or the whole company has a better chance of being or remaining successful.

Sometimes people are so driven that it is difficult to let go of or adjust a goal. Sometimes we lose ourselves in a struggle. We each come from our own perspective, with the necessary blind spots. Often we are right. And so is the other. Each in his or her own way. It is very human.

In mediation we sit down voluntarily and take the time to look at what is really going on. In as few meetings as possible, we look for customised solutions that work for everyone in a sustainable way. The mediator plays a neutral, facilitating role. The people involved design the solution themselves.

As a Certified mediator I facilitate for your team to find a conclusive short-term solution as well as to create a more sustainable long-term cooperative environment.

Mediation can:

  • save you time: Time for your actual work instead of time needed for the conflict. Included the mental space needed for all the emotions and thoughts around it.

  • reduce stress:  Respectful relationships lead to more mental and emotional peace at mind.

  • save you money: Prevention of costs due to malpractices, sick leave, meeting time to solve the conflict, re inventing procedures etc. No costs for lawyer nor other legal fees.

However, do be aware that people can withdraw from the process, as amongst colleagues it is voluntary.

Our first conversation is free of charge. We will create clarity around what is needed and from there we see if there is a match and decide how to work together.
